摘要

回顾国际疾病分类的发展历程,介绍国际疾病分类第十一次修订的最终版本(ICD-11)的结构、内容及编码特点,重点分析其传统医学章节结构内容,并与国内现行的中医病证分类标准比较,展望其实际应用以及对传统医学发展的意义。

Abstract

This paper reviews the development of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD), introduces the structure, content and coding characteristics of the final version (ICD-11) of the eleventh revision of the International Classification of Diseases, and focuses on the analysis of the structure of its chapter on traditional medicine. Compared with the current classification standard of TCM syndrome in China, its practical application and significance to the development of traditional medicine are prospected.
