摘要

通过梳理RNA干扰(RNAi)药物的发展历程,分析首个RNAi药物的作用机制,并结合植物药miRNA的研究进展,阐述其给中药现代化带来的启示。认为中药来源的miRNA有可能成为一类新的天然的具有生物活性的RNA干扰药物,需要予以重视和研究。

Abstract

By combing the development of RNA interference (RNAi) drugs, the mechanism of action of the first RNAi drug was analyzed, and the enlightenment to the modernization of Chinese herbal medicine was expounded based on the research progress of miRNA in plant medicines. It is suggested that miRNA derived from Chinese herbal medicine may become a new class of natural bioactive RNA interference drugs, which need to be paid attention to and studied.
