摘要

综述中药调节免疫细胞治疗支气管哮喘机制研究进展。支气管哮喘主要以慢性气道炎症为特征,发病机制涉及多种免疫细胞(嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、辅助性T细胞、肥大细胞、树突状细胞、先天淋巴细胞等)以及相应的细胞因子。平喘方、射干麻黄重楼汤等中药复方及黄芪甲苷、黄芪多糖等中药提取物可通过调节免疫细胞缓解支气管哮喘的气道炎症与气道重塑状态。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating immune cells in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Bronchial asthma is mainly characterized by chronic airway inflammation, and its pathogenesis involves a variety of immune cells (eosinophils, neutrophils, helper T cells, mast cells, dendritic cells and innate lymphocytes, etc.) and corresponding cytokines. Compound Chinese traditional medicine (Pingchuan Formula and Shegan Mahuang Chonglou Decoction etc.) and Chinese medicine extract (astragaloside and astragalus polysaccharide etc.) relieve airway inflammation and airway remodeling state in bronchial asthma by regulating immune cells.
