摘要

以医案为切入点,从荆公妙香安心气、血肉有情填奇经、通阳消阴复其用、交通心肾举阳器、疏肝解郁调气血、清热祛湿愈痿疾等6个方面,总结叶天士辨治阳痿的临证特色。

Abstract

Based on the medical case, this paper introduces the characteristics of the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) by Ye Tianshi from six aspects, such as using Wang Jinggong’s Miaoxiang San to regulate heart qi, flesh and blood products to fill the extraordinary vessels, and the herbs with the functions of activating yang and eliminating yin to recover erectile function of the penis, the herbs of promoting interaction between the heart and the kidney to recover penis function, the herbs of soothing the liver and relieve depression to regulate qi and blood, and the herbs of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness to treat the disease.
