Experience of treating female pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome differentiation of six meridians
This paper introduces the clinical experience of using syndrome differentiation of six meridians to treat female pelvic inflammatory disease by way of some proven cases, including Guizhi Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder for treating pelvic inflammatory disease with the pattern of taiyang-taiyin complication,Taohe Chengqi Decoction for treating the pattern of taiyang blood accumulation ,modified Dachengqi Decoction for the excess pattern of yang ming fu-organ,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder for the pattern of shaoyang-taiyin complication,modified Zhenwu Decoction for the cold transformation pattern of Shaoyin, Zhuling Decoction for the heat transformation pattern of Shaoyin,and Yiyi Fuzi Baijiangcao Powder and Guizhi Fuling Pill for the pattern of cold and heat complex. It is believed that the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease guided by the syndrome differentiation of six meridians is more effective than viscera syndrome differentiation in dealing with complicated clinical symptoms.
