Li Xiangyun’s experience in treating infertility due to decreased ovarian reserve function
This paper introduces Professor Li Xiangyun’s experience in treating infertility due to decreased ovarian reserve function. It is believed that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of infertility with decreased ovarian reserve function. It is held that invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation should be the main method for infertility before pregency, while invigorating the kidney and strengthening the spleen be used to prevent abortion after pregnancy. One proven case is presented.
