Construction of lung cancer research platform under the theory of “hidden toxicity due to vital qi deficiency”
This paper summarizes and analyzes the status of in vivo and in vitro research on lung cancer CTCs, organ-like models, lung cancer prevention models, lung cancer in situ models, lung cancer metastasis models and so on. It is considered that the existing animal models and cell models of lung cancer cannot simulate the actual pathological process of lung cancer, so it is difficult to achieve objective evaluation of intervention factors, and it is more difficult to reflect the overall view of TCM and the advantages of focusing on the tumor growth environment. In order to simulate the actual pathological process of lung cancer and reflect the systemic characteristics of lung cancer, the paper establishes and optimizes the existing research platform in vivo and in vitro based on the academic viewpoint of “hidden toxicity due to vital qi deficiency”, thus optimizes the preclinical research platform of lung cancer.
