摘要

探讨活血化瘀在恶性肿瘤辨治中的应用方法。认为恶性肿瘤之病理变化与血瘀状态及瘀血产物密切相关,临证运用活血化瘀法,当与病机相应,重成瘀之因；与病程相应,明瘀成之时；与病位相应,知生瘀之处；与病理产物相应,晓瘀生之度。活血方药之用,以扶正为先,以正本清源为治；化瘀治法之用,中病即止,时时养血,以防瘀血再生。

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of the method for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors. The pathological changes of malignant tumor are closely related to the state of blood stasis and the products originated from blood stasis. The method should be used when it is appropriate to the pathogenesis, to the course of disease, to the site of disease and to the pathological products. Physicians should focus on the cause of blood stasis, know the forming time, recognize the site and understand the degree of blood stasis in treating the disease. The prescription of promoting blood circulation should be used to strengthen healthy qi first for treating the root of the disease and be stopped using when it works. Meanwhile, the method of nourishing blood is often used to prevent blood stasis from occurring again.
