摘要

介绍严世芸教授治疗心系疾病的理论体系及治法方药。临床辨治心系疾病,强调权衡邪正、重视气血、兼顾五脏、调和阴阳；情志为先、汤液治疾、丸散策应、膏方固本为其治法特色；善用合方、对药、组药及虫类药。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces the unique clinical thinking and experience of Professor Yan Shiyun in the treatment of cardiac disease. In the treatment of the disease, he emphasizes the exuberant and debilitating changes between body healthy qi and pathogenic factors, focuses on qi, blood and the relations among five Zang-organs. The characteristic methods of treating the diseases are mainly regulating yin-yang, especially emotion. The decoctions he prescribed often include pills of Chinese medicines with medicinal paste for consolidating vital root. Professor Yan is flexible in prescribing Chinese medicines and good at using insect drugs, compound prescriptions as well as couplet and group medicines. One proven case is presented.
