摘要

目的：优选宁神颗粒的提取工艺。方法：采用L9 (3,4,)正交设计,以2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯苷-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、柚皮苷、丹酚酸B的含量及出膏率的综合评分为指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响,优选宁神颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果：根据综合评分的结果,优选出最佳提取工艺为加8倍水,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论：该工艺简单可行,重复性好。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the extraction process of Ningshen Granules. MethodsOrthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and times on extraction process. The extraction process was optimized by comprehensive evaluation indexes based on the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,naringin,salvianolic acid B,and the extraction yield. Results:According to the result of comprehensive score,the optimal extraction conditions of this preparation were as follows:extracted three times with 8 times of water quantity,each for 0.5 h. Conclusion:This optimized process is simple,feasible,repeatable.
