摘要

结合原著条文对《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》的辨证思维模式进行分析。认为“先辨病证,再辨方证,辨病与辨证相结合”是《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》辨证的基本原则,“方证相对”和“随证治之”是《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》诊治疾病的重要指导思想。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the dialectical thinking mode in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet,this paper holds that the basic dialectical principle of diagnosing and treating diseases in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet,is to distinguish the disease pattern first,then to determine the right prescription based on the specific symptoms.
