摘要

探讨于志强教授从肝论治冠心病经验。强调治疗冠心病从肝论治,并提出疏肝理气、活血化瘀,清肝泄火、化痰行痹,平肝息风、滋阴活血,养血柔肝、宁心复脉,温经散寒、暖肝通脉等治疗方法。并举验案1则。

Abstract

The paper explores Prof. Yu Zhiqiang’s experience in treating coronary heart disease from the liver. It is believed that the treatment of coronary heart disease should be based on the treatment of the liver and the treatment methods are put forward such as soothing liver to regulate qi,activating blood circulation to resolve stasis; clearing the liver to reduce fire,resolving phlegm to eliminate arthralgia,calming the liver to suppress wind,nourishing yin to activate blood circulation; nourishing blood to soften the liver,calming the heart to restore pulse,warming the meridian to disperse cold and warming the liver to dredge collaterals. One proven case is presented.
