摘要

介绍阙华发教授辨辨治粉刺性乳痈的临床经验。认为临症应以辨病为先、结合辨证,辨体为要、审因论治,局部辨证、内外同治。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Prof. Que Huafa’s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of plasma cell mastitis. It is suggested that the disease should be diagnosed first, combined with syndrome differentiation. And the internal and external treatment should be decided by differentiating the cause of the disease, patient’s constitution, and local condition. One proven case is presented.
