摘要

介绍蒋健教授逐渐增加芍药甘草汤用量治疗遗尿、胸痛、转筋和腹痛的临床验案,分析其相关学术观点。认为芍药甘草汤组方简单、价廉效优,主治适应证广。当投药无效或常规用量疗效不理想时,在辨证辨病准确的前提下,可通过增加方中某些关键药物份量取效。

Abstract

The author introduces the academic viewpoints of Prof. Jiang Jian by analyzing clinical proven cases of treating enuresis,chest pain,spasm and abdominal pain with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction. Prof. Jiang holds that Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is well formulated,cost-effective,and can be used on a variety of diseases and syndromes. When the dosage is not effective or the effect of conventional dosage is not ideal,the therapeutic effect can be achieved by increasing the quantity of some key drugs in the prescription on the premise of accurate diagnosis of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.
