摘要

强调中医临床经典在诊疗中的整体性,以伤寒出血热阐释疾病原委,以六经九分法归纳证治规律,以热病四分法凸显诊疗格局,从临床诊疗体系的角度理清伤寒、金匮、温病三者的历史脉络和原来各自的位置。

Abstract

The author emphasizes the integrity of TCM clinical classics in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The etiologies of the diseases are explained by hemorrhagic fever. The rules of syndrome and treatment are summarized by the method of six jing and nine points, and the pattern of diagnosis and treatment is highlighted by the method of four points for pyreticosis. From the perspective of clinical diagnosis and treatment system, the historical context and the original position of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic diseases, Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet and Epidemic Febrile Diseases are clarified.
