摘要

探讨黄煌教授治疗脑病常用经方的方证应用经验。黄教授常用经方分气郁痰阻类及少阳枢机不利、痰热腹实类方。代表方如温胆汤、除烦汤、解郁汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤等,分析其方证应用特色。并举验案2则。

Abstract

This paper discusses Professor Huang Huang’s application experience of commonly used classical prescriptions in encephalopathy. Professor Huang’s commonly used classical prescriptions could be divided into associated prescriptions of qi and phlegm stagnation and associated prescriptions of dysfunction of Shaoyang and excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat. The representative prescriptions include Wendan Decoction,Chufan Decoction,Jieyu Decoction,Chaihu plus Longu Muli Decoction and so on. The application characteristics of prescriptions and syndromes are analyzed,and two proven cases are presented.
