He Liqun’s strategy and medication experience in treating chronic kidney diseases
This paper introduces Professor He Liqun’s strategy and medication experience in treating chronic kidney diseases. The occurrence of chronic kidney diseases mostly results from the combination of exogenous pathogenic factors such as wind evil, cold evil, water dampness, poisonous evil and interior pathogenic factors such as seven emotional factors,diet and tiredness. The treatment should be promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,regulating qi,tonifying kidney and dredging collateral,dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating spleen,benefiting qi and nourishing blood and relieving qi stagnation,eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi,combination of tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and expelling water retention. The empirical formulas are analyzed,including “Kangxianling Decoction”,“Kangxianling Decoction-II” and “Jianpi Qinghua Decoction”. One proven case is presented.
