Through the ancient books review and literatures search,this paper summarizes the development evolution of Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata)efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It finds that it plays an important role in the treatment of difficult and critical diseases,but it has been gradually ignored in the replacement of the times. The Chinese medical mechanisms and manifestations of the formation of “blood stasis” in chronic kidney diseases have been objectively demonstrated by modern research results. Modern pharmacology of Fuzi with efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating chronic kidney diseases is reflected in its effects on hemorheology,microcirculation and platelet coagulation and fibrinolysis system.
