摘要

综述中药调节慢性阻塞性肺疾病黏蛋白5AC表达的研究进展。黏蛋白5AC在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中处于高表达状态,半夏、苦杏仁、桔梗等单味中药、黄酮类、皂苷类等单味中药提取物及清金化痰汤等中药复方被证实可以通过多种途径调节黏蛋白5AC高表达,为中药治疗慢阻肺提供了新思路。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on the regulation of Chinese medicine on MUC5AC expression in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. MUC5AC is highly expressed in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Single herbs, such as Banxia, Kuxingren and Jiegeing, Chinese medical extracts, such as flavonoid and saponis, Compound recipes such as Qingjin Huatan Decoction, have been proved to regulate the high expression of MUC5AC through various pathways,which provides new ideas for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Chinese medicine.
