摘要

从卫气升降出入的角度探析“卫气内伐”的机制和原因。根据卫气的生理病理特点总结出卫气运行的升降出入通道为“下焦-中焦-上焦-肺主宣发-肌肉-体表”,该气道功能障碍即可导致“卫气内伐”,并出现发热、胀满、皮肤麻木不仁等临床症状,治疗以疏通卫气气道为主,并附验案1则。

Abstract

The mechanism and causes of “Wei qi internal invading” are analyzed from the ascending and descending, exiting and entering of Wei qi. According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of Wei qi, it is concluded that the ascending and descending, exiting and entering channel of Wei qi movement is the “lower jiao- middle jiao- upper jiao- lung governing diffusion- muscle- body surface”. This channel dysfunction can lead to the “Wei qi internal invading”, with the clinical symptoms of fever, fullness and skin insensitivity. The treatment is mainly to dredge the channel of qi movement. One proven case is presented.
