This paper analyzes the couplet medicines application in Ding Ganren’s damp-warm syndrome medical records as well as the experience in syndrome differentiation, treatment and prescription medication. In Ding’s treatment on damp-warm syndrome, the commonly used couplet medicines are Fuling-Banxia, Fuling-Zexie, Fuling-Peilan and so on. According to the pathogenesis of Sanjiao, products with effects of eliminating dampness, regulating qi-flowing and warming interior are reasonably combined. The classical prescriptions with modification are made good use. The retrograde treatment is made good use. The medication is focused on slight and flexible.
