This paper discusses the prescription-syndrome and application rules of Zhizichi Decoction based on the opinions of different physicians and the comments in past dynasties. It is considered that this prescription is not simply aimed at psychosomatic disease,but more applied for the diseases with root cause in stomach,that is diseases caused by attacking induced stomach injury,damage of stomach fluid,stagnated heat disturbing stomach as well as chest and diaphragm. And its clinical application is developed.
