This paper reviews the research progress on mechanisms of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of vascular diseases. Shenfu Injection is commonly used in the treatment of vascular diseases. Its main mechanisms are as follows:①in cardiovascular disease, it can protect the ischemia-reperfusion injury, regulate the activity of myocardial enzymes, regulate the electrophysiology of cardiomyocytes and ion channels, regulate the cytokines; ②in cerebrovascular disease, it can protect the nerves, improve the energy metabolism, regulate the electrophysiology, ion channels and cytokines; ③in other vascular diseases, it can increase blood perfusion, change hemodynamics and hemorheology and protect vascular endothelial cells.
