摘要

探讨林水淼教授辨治老年恶性肿瘤的思路和方法。认为老年恶性肿瘤的发生,源于脏腑存在功能性(精气)和器质性(精血)衰退,强调从精血虚衰角度进行辨治。肿瘤进展和转移的急缓,亦可反映病变的虚实属性。同时运用多种脏腑相关性理论,灵活实施肿瘤治疗策略。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper discusses Professor Lin Shuimiao’s thoughts and methods in treating malignant tumors in elderly. It is considered that the occurrence of malignant tumors in elderly is due to the functional (essential qi) and organic (essential blood) deterioration of zang-fu viscera,and it emphasizes the differentiation and treatment from deficiency and decline of essence and blood. The quick and slow process of tumor progression and metastasis can also reflect the deficiency-excess property of lesion. Meanwhile,based on relevance theory of various zang-fu viscera,the treatment strategies for tumors are applied flexibly. A proven case is presented.
