摘要

综述中药干预尿酸转运蛋白及基因表达的研究进展。尿酸转运蛋白在尿酸转运中发挥重要作用,研究发现部分单味中药、单味中药有效成分、中药复方可通过干预尿酸转运蛋白的表达而降低高尿酸血症动物模型的血尿酸水平。利用分子生物学技术、基因技术可阐明中药降尿酸的作用靶点和作用机制。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress of intervention of Chinese medicine on protein and gene expressions of uric acid transporters. The uric acid transporters play an important role in the transport of uric acid. Researches have showed that some single herbs, effective components in single herbs and compound recipes can decrease the blood uric acid level in hyperuricemia animal model through interfering the expressions of uric acid transporters. Molecular biology technology and gene technology can be used to elucidate the targets and mechanisms of Chinese medicine in lowering uric acid.
