摘要

探讨朱雪萍运用扶正泻浊法结合病理分期治疗尿酸性肾病经验。认为该病的关键在于尿酸结晶的形成,病机核心在于“浊”,应采用扶正泻浊法,按其病理改变而进行分期辨病论治。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper discusses Zhu Xueping’s experience in treating uric acid nephropathy with therapy of strengthening vital qi and eliminating turbidity combined with pathological stage. It is considered that the key of the disease is the formation of uric acid crystals. And the core of pathogenesis is "turbidity". The disease should be treated with the therapy of strengthening vital qi and eliminating turbidity,and disease differentiation and treatment by stages should be performed according to the pathological changes. One proven case is presented.
