摘要

介绍桂枝汤及其类方在脾胃疾病中的应用指征。认为其可补益中焦,临床运用应熟练掌握“人—症—方—药”的诊疗思路,经方选择与药味加减须有确定的指征。并举典型医案2则。

Abstract

This paper introduces the application indications of Guizhi Decoction and its associated prescriptions in the spleen and stomach diseases. It is considered that it can tonify middle-jiao,and the clinical practice should grasp the way of diagnosis and treatment of “human-symptom-recipe-drug”,the selection and modification of classical prescriptions should be used for definite indications. Two typical medical cases are presented.
