This paper summarizes Professor Zhan Hongsheng’s experience in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. It is considered that the primary pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is“Jin Chu Cao and Gu Cuo Feng”,and the evaluation index system for clinical diagnosis and treatment is established. For treatment,it advocates harmonizing qi and blood with Chinese medicine and acupuncture,manipulation and Daoyin to adjust muscle and joint,which could restore the balanced state between muscle and joint as well as qi and blood.
