摘要

目的：观察推拿点穴疗法治疗脑梗死后上肢痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：将80例脑梗死后上肢痉挛性偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予常规康复训练措施,治疗组在此基础上加用推拿点穴疗法。两组疗程均为21天,观察FMA量表、BI量表评分及上肢肌电图的变化情况。结果：治疗前后组内比较,两组FMA评分和BI评分均明显增加(P,<,0.05)；组间治疗后比较,FMA评分和BI评分差异均有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,两组H,max,/M,max,值均明显降低(P＜0.05)；组间治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：推拿点穴疗法治疗脑梗死后上肢痉挛性偏瘫的疗效确切,对于改善患者肢体痉挛状态、促进神经功能恢复有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of massage and acupoint pressure in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction. MethodsEighty patients with spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint pressure based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 21 days. The changes on the FMA scale,BI scale and upper limb electromyography were observed. Results:After treatment,the FMA score and the BI score were significantly increased in both groups(P,<,0.05),and there were statistically significant differences on the FMA score and BI score between the two groups(P,<,0.05). After treatment,the ratio of H,max,/M,max, were significantly decreased in both groups(P,<,0.05). For the D-value of H,max,/M,max, before and after treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Therapy of massage and acupoint pressure shows definite efficacy in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction,which can play the positive effects on improving limb spasticity and promoting nerve function recovery.
