Clinical efficacy observation of massage and acupoint pressure in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of massage and acupoint pressure in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction. MethodsEighty patients with spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was treated with acupoint pressure based on the treatment for the control group, with a course of 21 days. The changes on the FMA scale,BI scale and upper limb electromyography were observed. Results:After treatment, the FMA score and the BI score were significantly increased in both groups(P,<,0.05),and there were statistically significant differences on the FMA score and BI score between the two groups(P,<,0.05). After treatment, the ratio of H,max,/M,max, were significantly decreased in both groups(P,<,0.05). For the D-value of H,max,/M,max, before and after treatment, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Therapy of massage and acupoint pressure shows definite efficacy in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of upper limb after cerebral infarction, which can play the positive effects on improving limb spasticity and promoting nerve function recovery.
