摘要

七情内伤可致男子精弱不育。举凡性情嫉妒、心胸狭窄,或怀抱忧愁、百忧感心,或思虑无穷、劳心劳神,或龙雷火炽、易怒纵欲,或肝气抑塞郁结,甚或夫妇不睦、两情未洽,皆可致无嗣,概称郁证性不育,病机主要在于心肾不交伤神,肝郁化火伤阴,以及脾虚失运伤气。欲得子嗣,首重养生,宜清心寡欲,静佚其心,毋伤思虑,毋耗心神,慎犯喜怒,节欲养精,务使心情舒畅；其次是养生结合种子药物治疗；种子药物治疗贵在交通心肾,不独补肾,应参以养心安神舒郁之品,甚或仅以养心安神定志、疏肝解郁为治。由于抗抑郁西药具有影响性功能的副作用,故以中医药方法调治郁证性不育具有一定的优越性。

Abstract

Internal injury caused by excess of seven emotions can lead to seminal deficiency and male infertility. Such as jealousy and narrow-mind,or sorrow and worry,or thoughtful and overtaxed mind-spirit,or irritability and indulgence,or stagnation of liver qi,or even the discord of couples feelings,all the ones can lead to infertility. These can be named as infertility due to depression syndrome. The main pathogenesis is disharmony between heart and kidney that impair spirit,liver stagnation transforming into fire that impair yin,spleen failing to govern transportation due to spleen deficiency that impair qi. If one want to have children,health-preservation is the most important. It could cleanse one’s heart and limit one’s desires,clam the psychological state,and not excessively think and consume mind-spirit；it should avoid excessive happy and anger,pay attention to temperance and essence nourishment,and make sure to enjoy ease of mind. The second is the combination of health-preservation and seed drugs therapy. The key of seed drug treatment is restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney,but not only tonifying kidney. The drugs of nourishing heart for tranquillization and relieving depression can be used,or even it is only emphasized the treatment principle of nourishing heart for tranquilizing and sedating mind,dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation. The antidepressant western medicine shows the adverse effects on sexual function,so the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine presents certain advantages in the treatment of infertility due to depression syndrome.
