New academic problems and thinking of drug-induced syndromes
Drug-induced syndrome is a new academic problem in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. It origins from the change of body microenvironment caused by drug adverse reactions, and affects the original syndrome. It belongs to the secondary new disease caused by drug in the treatment of certain disease. Combined with the clinical common drug-induced syndromes,it is considered that the clinical epidemiological investigation of drug-induced syndromes should be carried out extensively, and the standardized animal model of drug-induced syndromes should be developed and the material basis of its occurrence should be explored, which could help to improve the overall efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
