Shen Shuwen’s clinical experience in treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer
This paper summarizes Professor Shen Shuwen’s clinical experience in treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. It is considered that this disease often presents the syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. The deficiency mainly manifests deficiency of both qi and yin,and the excess is actually qi stagnation,dampness obstruction,phlegm stagnation and toxin accumulation based on deficiency,and the core is intermingled toxin and blood stasis. The therapy should benefit qi and nourish yin,remove toxic substance and resolve blood stasis. It emphasizes invigorating spleen and stomach and nourishing source of qi and blood,restoring qi and yin and taking reinforcement and elimination in combination,removing toxin and blood stasis obstruction. One proven case is presented.
