摘要

综述便秘常用中药的作用机制研究进展。现有研究表明,中药的通便作用机制与润滑肠道、促进肠道水分及黏液分泌、增加肠道内容物容积、增进肠道动力以及调节胃肠道激素、神经递质和Cajal间质细胞有关。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on mechanism of commonly used Chinese herbal medicine in constipation. Studies have found that the laxative effects of Chinese herbal medicine are related to lubricating the intestinal tract,promoting the secretion of intestinal water and mucus,increasing the intestinal volume,enhancing the intestinal motility and regulating gastrointestinal hormones,neurotransmitters and Cajal interstitial cells.
