Differentiating and treating reflux esophagitis from balancing middle-jiao
This paper summarizes the experience in differentiating and treating reflux esophagitis from balancing middle-jiao. The key pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis is imbalance of middle-jiao caused by spleen failing to ascend clear,failure of stomach qi to descend and adverse rising of stomach qi,which can present the syndromes of adverse rising of stomach qi and liver fire invading stomach. The treatments mainly focus on descending adverse qi for harmonizing stomach and balancing middle-jiao.
