摘要

以张仲景《伤寒论》“遍身漐漐,微似有汗者益佳”为引,试从微汗法之法理关键、制法目的、药量权衡、煎服将息之法的运用、微汗的禁忌等方面浅谈《伤寒论》对于微汗法的运用,并阐释了微汗法对后世的影响及现代的临床应用。

Abstract

Based on Zhang Zhongjing’s view of “slight sweating all over the body” in Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases),this paper discusses the application of slight sweating method in Shanghan Lun,including the key principle and theory,methods and aims,dosage and decocting method,medication instruction and contraindication,and explains its influence on later generation and the modern clinical application.
