Wang Jing’s experience in treating chest painful impediment from phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficiency
This paper introduces Professor Wang Jing’s clinical experience in treating chest painful impediment from phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficiency. It is considered that the pathogenesis of chest painful impediment is qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis. In the treatment,it should pay attention to the syndrome differentiation of qi and blood. The therapy of invigorating qi and nourishing blood is emphasized,and combined with therapies of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and dissipating phlegm and removing dampness,which treat both manifestation and root cause of disease and take dredging and tonifying in combination. One proven case is presented.
