Liu Sheng’s experience in treating granulomatous mastitis
This paper introduces Professor Liu Sheng’s clinical experience in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis. It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is liver qi depression transforming into fire and turbidity due to spleen deficiency. The therapy is based on resolving method and the liver and spleen are emphasized. The treatments should perform by stages and focus on local part. The internal treatment is taken as the principal thing and the external treatment is taken as the supplement. Recovery is important to reinforce. For pregnancy,it could nourish yin and clear heat,expel toxin and prevent miscarriage.
