摘要

综述淫羊藿素及相关衍生物的抗肿瘤机制研究进展。淫羊藿素及相关衍生物对不同类型肿瘤有抑制作用,其作用机制主要包括诱导细胞凋亡、调控细胞周期、抗血管生成、抑制肿瘤转移和免疫调节等。

Abstract

This paper reviews the anti-tumor mechanisms of icaritin and its related derivatives. Icaritin and its related derivatives show the inhibitory effects on the tumors of different types. Its mechanisms mainly include induction of cell apoptosis,regulation of cell cycle,anti-angiogenesis,inhibition of tumor metastasis and immune regulation.
