摘要

目的：观察海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效及其对患者氧化应激状态的影响。方法：将90例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服海昆肾喜胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效,比较氧化应激相关指标,包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、丙二醛(MDA)以及超前氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)。结果：①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为86.7%、68.9%；组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组SOD、AGEs、MDA、AOPP水平差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间治疗后比较,SOD、AGEs、MDA、AOPP水平差异均有统计学意义,治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：海昆肾喜胶囊可以有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能,其机制可能与改善患者氧化应激状态有关。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Haikun Shenxi Capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure and its effects on oxidative stress state. Methods90 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsule based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the oxidative stress related indexes were compared,including superoxide dismutase (SOD),advanced glycation end products (AGEs),malondialdehyde (MDA) and advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP). Results:①The clinical total effective rates were 86.7% in the treatment group and 68.9% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of SOD,AGEs,MDA and AOPP in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of SOD,AGEs,MDA and AOPP between the two groups,the improvement in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Haikun Shenxi Capsule can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure,and its mechanism may be related to the improvement on the state of oxidative stress.
