Wang Xingkuan’s experience in treating cervical spondylosis with therapy of benefiting kidney and tonifying liver and regulating Du meridian
This paper introduces Professor WANG Xingkuan’s experience in treating cervical spondylosis with therapy of benefiting kidney and tonifying liver and regulating Du meridian. The pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is deficiency of liver and kidney,malnutrition of muscles and bones,blood stasis of bone and collaterals,obstruction of Du meridian. The treatment should take tonifying liver and kidney,benefiting essential qi,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals and regulating Du meridian in combination. And it is emphasized that the rattan,branch,luffa,insect and other drugs of dredging collaterals can be used in the treatment of Bi diseases. One proven case is presented.
