摘要

综述姜黄素抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展。姜黄素对结肠癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等多种肿瘤均具有一定疗效,目前许多分子生物学机制被认为和姜黄素的抗肿瘤作用相关,包括调控癌细胞的无限增殖和诱导凋亡、调控各种信号通路、抑制肿瘤性血管生成、抑制转移等。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on antitumor mechanism of curcumin. Curcumin shows a certain efficacy on many kinds of cancer, such as colon, breast and pancreas cancer. At present, many molecular biological mechanisms are considered to be associated with the antitumor effects of curcumin,including regulating the unlimited proliferation of cancer cells and inducing apoptosis, regulating various signal pathways, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and inhibiting metastasis.
