摘要

归纳代赭石临床十大功效特性,通过现代药理研究分析其结构成分,明确代赭石药理作用。论述代赭石的炮制方法,并根据本草著作及历代医家观点总结代赭石在五官科临床的应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the ten efficacy features of Daizheshi(Haematitum)in clinic. Its pharmacological effects are made clear through analysis on its structural components in modern pharmacological studies. The processing methods of Daizheshi(Haematitum) are discussed,and its application in ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology are summarized according to works of materia medica and viewpoints of physicians in past dynasties.
