摘要

目的：观察和中健脾方治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法：采用随机、双盲、对照的方法,将92例胃食管反流病患者分为中药组和对照组,每组46例。对照组予奥美拉唑胶囊+和中健脾方安慰剂治疗,中药组予和中健脾方+奥美拉唑安慰剂治疗。两组疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效,比较反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)、胃食管反流病相关生活质量量表(GERD-HRQL)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表 (PSQI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表 (HADS)评分的变化情况。结果：①=1\*GB3最终完成试验者共85例,中药组43例,对照组42例。②治疗前后组内比较,两组RDQ评分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；组间治疗后比较,RDQ评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。③=3\*GB3中药组、对照组总有效率分别为88.37%、80.95%；组间临床疗效比较,中药组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。④=4\*GB3治疗前后组内比较,两组GERD-HRQL、PSQI、HADS评分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；组间治疗后比较,GERD-HRQL、PSQI、HADS评分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：和中健脾方治疗胃食管反流病,可明显改善患者的临床症状及精神心理状态,提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Hezhong Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). MethodsBy randomized, double-blind and controlled trial,92 GERD patients were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and control group,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole capsule and placebo of Hezhong Jianpi Decoction,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Hezhong Jianpi Decoction and placebo of omeprazole,with a course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the changes on reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ),gastroesophageal reflux disease health-related quality of life(GERD-HRQL),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) were compared. Results:①=1\*GB3Finally 85 cases completed the trial,among 43 cases in the Chinese medicine group and 42 cases in the control group. ②For the comparison of RDQ score between treatment before and after,there was statistically significant difference in both groups(P＜0.01). After treatment,there was statistically significant difference on RDQ score between the two groups(P＜0.05). ③The total effective rates were 88.37% in the Chinese medicine group and 80.95% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05). ④In both groups,there were statistically significant differences on scores of GERD-HRQL,PSQI and HADS between treatment before and after(P＜0.01). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on scores of GERD-HRQL,PSQI and HADS between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Hezhong Jianpi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and mental state of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,and enhance the quality of life.
