摘要

探讨仲景《伤寒论》治疗下利的用药规律。认为脾胃功能异常为下利主因,治疗时首选炙甘草为代表的甘味药物,并重视运用入脾胃二经药物。

Abstract

This paper discusses the medication rule for treating diarrhea in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases). The abnormal function of spleen and stomach is considered as the main cause of diarrhea. Drugs with sweet flavor,such as prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae as representitive,can be used in the treatment. And drugs of channel tropism in spleen and stomach are emphasized.
