摘要

《千金方》妇人卷涉及经、带、胎、产各类疾病,孙思邈认为:男女有别,倡导建立妇科；不孕之症,主张男女同治；妊娠期间,重视胎养胎教；临产必静,指导产后护理。孙氏用药灵活,善于化裁,善用矿石药、动物药及酒剂。孙氏月经病治法灵活,并首创不孕证序贯疗法,产后病注重散寒化瘀。

Abstract

The volume about women in Qianjin Fang(Recipes Worth A Thousand Gold)involves various diseases related to menstruation,leukorrhea,pregnancy and delivery. Sun Simiao considers that men and women are different and proposes gynecology. For infertility,he advocates the co-treatment for both men and women. During pregnancy, it should pay attention to fetal nourishment and antenatal training. The parturient women must keep quiet and are given the guidance of postpartum care. Sun’s medication is flexible and modified according to condition.He is good use of mineral medicine,animal medicine and wine.Sun’s treatments on emmeniopathy are flexible,and first creats the sequential therapy for infertility.The expelling cold and removing blood stasis are emphasized in postpartum diseases.
