摘要

恶心呕吐不仅是脾胃病的症状,也可以是七情内伤所致之肝(胆)病、心病、Ⅱ类脾病(脾心病)以及病机属于痰饮、瘀血的郁证表现。凡由情志不遂所引起且从郁或辅助从郁论治有效的呕恶即为郁证性呕恶,可见于精神心理因素诱发并有呕恶表现的一类疾病。郁证性呕恶存在单纯郁证和病郁同存两种形态。单纯郁证病位在肝、胆、心、脾,与胃无涉；病郁同存即郁证与脾胃病同时存在。单纯郁证呕恶需要从郁论治,病郁同存呕恶可从郁论治结合调理脾胃。

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting are not only the symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases,but also the manifestations of liver(gallbladder)disease,heart disease and Class II spleen disease(spleen-heart disease) induced by excess of seven emotions,as well as the depression syndrome due to phlegm and fluid retention and static blood. Nausea and vomiting triggered or aggravated by emotional factors and treated effectively based on or combined with relieving depression,can be summarized as nausea and vomiting due to depression syndrome. It can be found in the mental psychological factors caused diseases with the symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Nausea and vomiting due to depression syndrome includes the single depression syndrome and coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome. For single depression syndrome,the location of disease is the liver,gallbladder,heart and spleen,not the stomach,which can be treated based on relieving depression. And for the coexistence of diseases and depression syndrome,which means the depression syndrome and spleen and stomach diseases exist at the same time,it should treat based on relieving depression and combined with regulation on the spleen and stomach.
