摘要

总结国医大师刘祖贻从“脑髓阳生阴长”论治脑损伤后神经功能缺损的学术经验。认为肾与脑髓生发密切相关,其中肾阳的推动至关重要。肾亏髓虚为中枢神经功能缺损的病理基础,阳气为生生之关键,根据脑主神机、气阳主用的特点,提出“脑髓阳生阴长”的观点,并采用益气温阳、益髓通络的方法治疗脑损伤后神经功能缺损。

Abstract

This paper summarizes national Chinese medical science master Liu Zuyi’s academic experience in treating neurologic impairment following brain injury from mutual promotion between yin and yang in brain marrow. It is considered that kidney is closely related to the growth and development of brain marrow,among,the promotion of kidney yang is crucial. Marrow depletion due to kidney deficiency is the pathological basis of central neurologic impairment,and yang qi is the key to the growth and development. According to the characteristics of brain governing spirit and yang qi regulating function,the viewpoint of “mutual promotion between yin and yang in brain marrow” is put forward,and the therapy of benefiting qi and warming yang,nourishing marrow and dredging collateral is used in the treatment of neurologic impairment following brain injury.
