摘要

从肉苁蓉的概况、化学成分、药理作用方面综述肉苁蓉治疗阿尔茨海默病研究进展。中医治疗阿尔茨海默病多以补肾为主,肉苁蓉补肾阳、益精血,是中医治疗阿尔茨海默病的常用药。肉苁蓉具有抗氧化、抗炎与调节免疫、促进代谢和保护神经等作用,在防治阿尔茨海默病方面有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress of Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba)in the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease,including its general situation,chemical composition,pharmacological effects. The Chinese medical therapy for Alzheimer’s Disease mainly base on tonifying kidney. Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba)shows the effects of tonifying kidney yang and benefiting essence and blood,which is commonly used in Chinese medical therapy for Alzheimer’s Disease. Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba)shows the effects of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,immune regulation,promoting metabolism,protecting nerves and so on,which shows good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
