摘要

目的：探讨柴枳平肝汤对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)及胃促生长素(Ghrelin)的影响。方法：将94例FD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组口服多潘立酮片,观察组口服柴枳平肝汤,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后主要症状积分和MTL、Gas、SS、Ghrelin水平变化情况。结果：①治疗后,两组临床症状积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组各症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,两组患者MTL和Gas水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05),SS水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05)；且观察组MTL和Gas水平高于对照组(P<0.05),SS水平较低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后,两组患者血浆和胃黏膜中Ghrelin表达较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组血浆和胃黏膜中Ghrelin表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：柴枳平肝汤治疗FD主要是通过调节MTL、Gas、SS和Ghrelin表达而调整胃肠功能。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction on motilin (MTL),gastrin (Gas),somatostatin (SS) and ghrelin in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods94 FD patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 47 cases in each group. The control group was orally treated with domperidone tablets,the observation group was orally treated with Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction,with a course of 4 weeks. The changes on the scores of main symptoms and the levels of MTL,Gas,SS and ghrelin were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results:①After treatment,the clinical symptom scores were decreased in both groups compared with treatment before(P<0.05),and all symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,the levels of MTL and Gas were increased and the level of SS was decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of MTL and Gas in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of SS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). ③Compared with treatment before,the levels of ghrelin in the plasma and gastric mucosa were increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of ghrelin in the plasma and gastric mucosa in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can improve the gastrointestinal function through the expression regulation of MTL,Gas,SS and ghrelin.
