摘要

目的：观察中药复方桥甲方颗粒对桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法：70例患者随机分为桥甲方组和硒酵母片组,每组各35例。桥甲方组给予桥甲方颗粒剂口服,硒酵母片组给予硒酵母片口服,两组疗程均为12周,观察治疗前后甲状腺功能[血清游离三典甲状腺原氨酸(FT,3,)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT,4,)、血清促甲状腺素(TSH)]及甲状腺相关抗体水平,并进行中医证候疗效评价。结果：两组治疗前后甲状腺功能FT,3,、FT,4,、TSH均无明显变化(P,>,0.05)；桥甲方组治疗后TPOAb、TGAb较治疗前明显下降(P,<,0.05),TRAb无明显改变；而硒酵母片组治疗后TPOAb、TGAb、TRAb水平与治疗前相比无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；桥甲方在降低TPOAb、TGAb水平上优于硒酵母片组(P,<,0.05)；桥甲方组中医证候疗效明显优于硒酵母片组(P,<,0.01)。结论：中药复方桥甲方颗粒可明显降低桥本甲状腺炎患者的相关抗体水平,疗效优于硒酵母片组。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiaojiafang Granule on Hashimoto thyroiditis. Methods70 patients were randomly divided into the Qiaojiafang Granule(QJF)group and selenium yeast tablet(SY)group,35 cases in each group. The treatment group was orally treated with Qiaojiafang Granule, and the control group was orally treated with selenium yeast tablet. The treatment course was 12 weeks in both groups. The thyroid function indexes including serum free triiodothyronine (FT,3,),serum free thyroxine(FT,4,) and thyrotropin(TSH),and the levels of thyroid associated antibodies including thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)and thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb)were observed before and after treatment. And the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results:Compared with treatment before,there were no obvious changes on the levels of FT,3,FT,4, and TSH in both groups after treatment(P,>,0.05). Compared with treatment before,the levels of TPOAb and TGAb were obviously decreased in the QJF group after treatment(P,<,0.05),but no obvious change on TRAb level was observed. In the SY group,there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of TPOAb,TGAb and TRAb between treatment before and after(P,>,0.05). After treatment,the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in the QJF group were lower than those in the SY group(P,<,0.05). The clinical efficacy on Chinese medical syndrome of the QJF group was obviously better than that of the SY group(P,<,0.01). Conclusion:Qiaojiafang Granule can obviously reduce the levels of thyroid associated antibodies in patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis,and its efficacy is better than selenium yeast tablet.
